"We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

"Great location, near shops, pleasant 15 min walk to old town, hosts quickly responsive to requests. Unit was clean with everything functioning but a bit more sparse than fotos showed. Plenty of room. If you are used to city living and sleep like a rock no matter what than I would recommend this place for you. The ONLY issue that would keep us from renting this place again is the noise. There are several bars/ restaurants (great pintxos) just below across street as well as big trash and recycle...

"The place is a great vacation spot - right by the beach and all the rich life that the Gros neighborhood has to offer. The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). The apartment is a little tight in the bathroom and kitchen (there’s not really a great space to eat) but none of that matters much if you’re just staying a few days. "We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea!
