Beautiful newly-built townhome- one of only a couple of properties that have a private hot tub and view of the lake. Located at the Jordanelle State Park with relaxing views of Deer Valley in the backdrop from the balconies. Great location for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, paddle boarding and so much more! All out your front door. This Modern style 3 bedroom (with 4 beds) is just a few minutes from Main St in downtown Park City.
Equipped with Smart TV’s in the bedrooms, a cozy fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes, and modern finishes and amenities. You'll love the open floor plan with tons of natural light flooding in. You're sure to make great memories that you'll never forget . We have fiber internet and a 2 car garage with a ski & snowboard rack for your use.
Enjoy the two balconies that offer beautiful sunsets from a hot tub with views of Deer Valley Mountain and Jordanelle Lake after a day of skiing or shopping. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. Plus, there is a roll-out double bed if needed. Take advantage of everything that Park City Utah has to offer, or cuddle up and stay in at your very own private mountain getaway....

Awesome stay near Park City

Our family of 6 stayed at Greg’s place. Everything was as advertised and better. The house is surrounded by views of the mountains and lake. Nature at its best. We absolutely loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The house is very spacious. It was great for our family. We never felt crowded. The 3 spacious bedrooms have very comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious and beautiful

Beautiful home in a great location. Less than 15 minutes from Park City ski resort. The hot tub was the best after a day of skiing. It got cloudy a few days into our trip. I contacted Greg and someone showed up to service it the next morning. He was also quick to respond to all my questions. We were very pleased. The home is very comfortable and has a lot to offer. The view driving into the neighborhood is stunning. We took pictures every day. Could use a few more board games or some form of entertainment. We brought Uno and a stack of cards so we were good. Overall I loved it and would definitely recommend.

Great Rental

We loved our stay at this place! My husband and I loved the soft beds and sitting out on the balcony having coffee. Our kids loved the hot tub on the balcony and the living room setup, which was perfect for watching movies every night. When there was an issue, the owner was prompt in his reply and very accommodating. I would recommend!

Lovely weekend visiting park city!

We had a blast staying at Hideout! The space is clean and new. Hot tub was awesome with a great view. The living area is great for a group and entertaining! 15-20 min drive from Park City Mountain and most of the restaurants we went to.

Very nice townhouse.

We spent a week at this new townhouse while enjoying skiing at Deer Valley. The home is spacious with beautiful views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. The unit was clean and the management company was responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
