Our studio rental was spotless and conveniently located—just a 20-minute drive from the Denali Park entrance. With a grocery store and 49th State Brewing Co. only a couple of miles away, the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth.
The studio was located beneath another rental unit, which unfortunately meant we heard quite a bit of noise from above. Footsteps and movement on the stairs were frequent, especially during the early morning and late evening hours, and they often woke me up. While the space itself was clean and well-located, the sound carried more than expected, making restful sleep a bit of a challenge.
That said, the space is quite compact. The internet was hit-or-miss, and despite the cool temps outside (in the 60s), the interior felt surprisingly warm. We ended up turning off the heat and cracking a window to cool things down. Still, it served as a solid home base for our Denali adventures.
