"The room we stayed in which was a double queen was pretty much like staying at Motel 6. Outdoor rooms, veryuncomfortable bed, bed frame sticks way out, the rough cheap wrinkled sheets, and awful pillows. You will need earplugs or noise cancelling headphones for the cooling /heating fan - but you will still hear it. Unfriendly staff on check out. Probabley because they are afraid to ask how your stay was They are certainly letting things go down hill Stay at on of the little oceanfront motels they seem to care about there properties In summary… You’ve been Warmed If you are looking for a good sleep don’t stay Maybe the oceanfront one bedroom suite is better … maybe ??"

"GOOD FROM FAR, BUT FAR FROM GOOD. The property itself is beautiful. We stayed in a family cabin, everything looked nice from the outside . The floor was sloped and random sewer smells. Difficult parking everywhere. The cabin cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a rock hard couch with dog hair on it, human hair between the mattress and sheet and red and brown stains on both bed comforters. Doors, walls and floor were all dirty and cobwebs in all conners including the newly renovated bathroom. Not worthy of being called a spa due to cleanliness and nowhere in the cabin to sit comfortably to relax. Reno’s are done cheaply with conners cut everywhere. Too many other things to list, not a romantic place to stay. "

Not sure if this is Expedia or the hotel not reading messages. Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay with an awesome view! Special thanks to Sam, the front desk staff who helped us check in/out."

"Clean room , friendly staff. Mark was very helpful and friendly. Morning Mountain View was fantastic. We could use the microwave for dinner and breakfast to heat up our food. Convenient store has variety of food and snacks even Alcohol. Great place to rest and enjoy night after skookumchuck narrows trailhead. Want to come back again. "

"We booked this property for an anniversary stay expecting a private “entire home” experience.After checking in, we realized several key aspects that significantly impacted privacy and comfort were not clear to us at the time of booking. The sauna is shared, and there is a walkway directly past the patio where people may pass by, as the owner lives above. The patio area is therefore not fully private. The main living area is on the same level as the patio and does not have blinds, which made it difficult to feel comfortable in the space.Additionally, the kitchen is located directly above the bedroom, and noise made it difficult for us to sleep, especially as we tend to go to bed early. Due to the layout, sound travels between the upper and lower levels, which further impacted privacy. The kitchen setup also does not include a stove/oven or dishwasher, which may be important for some guests to know.Due to these factors, we made the decision to check out early the following morning and moved to another property.These details would have influenced our decision to book had they been clearly understood beforehand. This may still work for some guests, but it did not align with what we were expecting for a private anniversary stay."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with loft. The place was amazing. So clean, high ceilings, full kitchen and plenty of space with 2 teenage boys. Beautiful view of the lagoon. The only thing was the pool could be a lot warmer. The sand could cleaned up from hot tub. Not sure how sand got in the hot tub and heavier dumb bells in the fitness room. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"Check-in was a breeze thanks to Tyler—our one-bedroom unit, with a kitchen that faced the water and was very comfortable. We've stayed at Tigh na Mara before, it is a beautiful hotel with cabins, pool, hot tub and workout area. The number of trees surrounding the site makes you feel like you are really in nature with the comforts of home."
