The hotel didn't clean our room for three days. We had to ask for towels and the rooms had an odor especially the bathroom. I think that was the worst stay that I've had there.

Good stay!

Our stay was great! I was met by friendly staff when checking in, and the process was quick and efficient. The room was cleaned pretty well, although I do feel the bathroom could use a good, deep clean. There was a little mildew in the lower corners of the shower (in the grout) that needs addressing, and the glass door of the shower stall needs to be descaled. Otherwise, everything was very neat and clean!

What I did not like is having a room that I prepaid be cancelled because I did not arrive the first day due to unforeseen circumstances.The room rate increased over the original price paid. They seemed short of staff. The hallway carpet on the first floor was filthy. There was a brown spot on the bedsheet.

The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!
