"Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."

"A very comfortable house in a lovely place, close to Santander and beaches, and with lovely walks straight from the door. Dog-friendly with a large and fully enclosed garden. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. I’m already looking forward to going back!"

"Pasamos unos dias estupendos, la casa esta muy bien, aunque necesita algunas pequeñas mejoras. Al ser una casa tan grande la nevera se queda pequeña. Estuvimos 15 persona y no nos cabia toda la compra. Por poner una pega, mejoraria las almohadas, la zona de la piscina que esta un poco salvaje, y el sofa cama es para que duerman niños, ya que el colchon no es apto para adultos. "On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house.
