Great Family Holiday.

I hve just enjoyed a week staying in a 3 bedroom caravan with my 3 young kids. The site is a nice size for kids as it is not too big. The pool area is lovely and the pool was a nice temperature The bar / restaurant is next to the pool. We only had drinks so i can't say hoe the food is. Nice play area for kids and a little arcade. Well shocked shop for thr essentials. The caretaker Kevin is very welcoming and helpful This site is located about 10 minutes drive from Hayle you need a car to visit the beaches easily. I recommend this site and would visit again.

The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again

Jubilee short break

Lovely holiday park, always clean and well presented. The pool area is great and the kids love it. The only frustration was the limited pool opening hours (10am-5.30pm), when we stayed previously the pool was open earlier and later in the day allowing you to have a swim before going out for the day or when you return. Apart from that i can't fault the place and we will return.

Cleaning was done to a very poor standard. Dropped tv control behind sofa and all matter of dirt and debris was behind there. Toilet had a disgusting smell and extractor was full of dust and cob webs. Toilet seats had stains. Park itself was nice. Friendly staff and ok amenities. Isolated location meant miles from anywhere such as a shop. Need to be prepared to go here as shop onsite very limited.

Lovely clean friendly caravan park . Static caravan was clean and well maintained just take your own pillows as very flat ! Had a very enjoyable holiday and would return if in the area

Not great

The park itself is great with good facilities like Bar, play area for kids. But the Lancaster Holiday Home we booked was far from comfortable. It was not the same as shown in the pictures and not cleaned. We complained it at the reception and they came but nothing was done. I rang the reception before coming to check what all is provided so we can bring accordingly, I was told we only need to bring towels and rest everything is there. On our arrival, there was nothing. No toilet roll, no kitchen roll, no handwash, no washing up liquid, no hoover. The holiday home itself is a bit tricky with the kids with the corridor very congested and only one person can squeeze through it at any one point. Overall not happy and would not be staying at this park again.

Calloose was a pleasant stay and staff is very nice. On site restaurant is also very good. Only minor thing we missed in holiday home was dish washing liquid. It wasn’t stocked in onsite shop as well which triggered a unwanted trip for us😊. Would definitely visit again.

Great little Holiday Park, good restaurant and bar. Communal toilet / shower block was clean and spacious. Swimming pool for the kids was also very good, accommodation was clean and perfect for our party. Perfectly located to explore Cornwall and its wonderful beaches & attractions, would have no hesitation in booking again in the future.

We stayed in PV 7, a static caravan. We arrived early and were told our caravan wouldn't be ready until 4pm, the official check in time however it wasn't ready until 4.30pm. No apology for the delay despite knowing we were waiting a while to check in. When we entered our caravan, we found it hadn't been cleaned well. The disappointing thing was it just needed a basic wipe down with soapy water and disinfectant. The dishes were not washed properly so we washed all the ones we were going to use before we used them. The caravan looks fairly new so it's sad that it's not maintained to best possible standard. After giving the caravan a quick going over, it was fine. It has all the facilities a family needs for a short break. The site has a pool which was clean and we used it once during our stay. The restaurant on site didn't offer a great selection and was pricey for what it was, so we didn't use it. The play area is great for young children. Overall, it's a nice site but could be improved by having facilities such as a coffee shop on site and improved selection at the restaurant.

Great holiday park

Had a great time. Great location for exploring the south of Cornwall. Chalet was clean and had everything we needed. Pool is a godsend and the staff were wonderful

Tamar Lodge

Great stay at one of the Tamar lodges, which has been updated with modern decor and flooring. The mattresses were very comfortable. I would certainly go back there again to stay in the future. Lovely site, not too big, friendly and clean.
