Beautiful living space features a sofa, two chairs, coffee table, side tables, TV, magazine rack and wall to wall glass sliding doors which can be opened entirely, revealing the proximity to the water. The doors lead onto the balcony which looks down onto the water just below. Dining space with a table, bench and chairs seating six, with views of the water. Fully equipped kitchen with central island and three stools, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and door with Juliette balcony. Travel cot and highchair available. WiFi. Underfloor heating throughout.
Sleeping: Master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table and stool and en-suite shower room with walk in rainfall shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This beautifully designed bedroom has a mezzanine floor with a glass balcony overlooking the living area. Please note this bedroom does not have a door and is not suitable for children. Bedroom two with a super king size bed on the ground floor, with wardrobe, bedside tables and stunning sea views through the glass sliding doors which lead out onto a second private balcony, the water immediately below. Second bedroom also features an en-suite shower room with walk in rainfall shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom three on the ground floor features two single beds, a bedside table and hanging rail. Family bathroom featuring a bath with shower overhead, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Outside: Ground floor terrace with two chairs, a side table and amazing sea views directly beyond, accessible from the ground floor bedroom. Second balcony with two chairs and a table and immediate sea views accessed from the living room. Private parking for one vehicle on the drive. Additional parking nearby. Undercover storage for wetsuits and surfboards. ICS electric car charging point available exclusive to the property.

The property is perfect for a family group. There’s plenty of communal space in the living/dining/kitchen area, but also privacy in the respective bedrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and the view across the harbour is fantastic.
5 mins from Gwithian Beach, 5 mins from the St Erth to St Ives train line and 5 mins from the A30.

Very well presented and perfectly positioned within Hayle. Great access to all amenities and the coastal walks, hardly used the car :).
House is extremely warm, especially main bedroom; not a complaint, just needs considering if out all day as the heat gain is considerable and the triple Glazing doesn’t let it escape.
It could do with better seating to the living area as not the comfiest if the full quota of guests are present at the same time.
