Weekends only! Fri./Sat./Sun. Centrally located for year around fun. Relax & enjoy this open concept floor plan. Comfortable entertainment area w/ adjacent large tall dining room table for six. Clean brand new beds and comfy bedding w/ plenty of blankets in 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and large closets. Located 2 miles from Hwy 90 & 1 mile to Hwy 95. Quiet rancher one floor. This is not a shared space rental. 3 concrete spaces of on site parking. Fenced in backyard w/ gas grill. Front load laundry available.
Perfect location. Making one turn out the development Grouse Meadows takes you 4 miles down Ramsey Rd. Quick and easy. Passing coffee shops, grocery, and gas stations
to Coeurd’Alene’s culture & community. Hiking Tubbs Hill, biking the North Idaho Centennial Trail, boating, bald Eagle viewing in the winter and with snowy ski resorts (Silver Mountain and Schweitzer Mountain). Enjoy local shops, restaurants, breweries and views of Lake Coeurd’Alene which is one of Idaho’s best lakes. Enjoy the Coeurd'Alene Resort Holiday Light Show (Nov. 26), Holiday Lake Cruises and much more excitement and good times.

Clean ans comfortable

The house was in a nice neighborhood, I walked it every morning! It was super clean and very comfortable. The host haa thoughtfully added some extra amenities that made the home feel very welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked! My daughter and I stayed there while she attended her thrower's camp for track and field. It's situated in an area that's easily accessible to everything you're looking for in Coeur D'alene! Kim was an excellent host as well. We will look at staying there again jext uear for the camp if it is still avaipable!

We had a wonderful stay! This home was a big part of our fun and satisfaction with the trip. The house was amazing! The host was super responsive and gave ideas on one of the outing I went on. We would stay at this place again and again! Really really nice!

Our own resort

This place is just amazingly perfect. Easy check in, the house was decorated so cute we felt comfortable staying here. The backyard was was fun! Had a Bbq and drinks our first night in a resort feel but it was all ours. The only thing we had to be a bit careful of was the steps, there wasn’t railings so we had to be super cautious with the older folks that came so they didn’t fall. I hope we have another chance in the future to stay.Thanks SO much to Kimberly for allowing our stay

Wonderful experience!

The owner thinks of every detail to make your stay comfortable with lots of extra special touches. Nice comfy beds with great bedding. The backyard is really fun with an outdoor kitchen, firepit, comfy seating and jacuzzi. Couldn’t ask for more!

A Great place to stay

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed here for the weekend of my son's wedding and couldn't be happier with this home. By far, it is the best vacation home we have rented in CDA over the years. It is so well furnished and nicely decorated that it made you want to stay there all of the time. Though we didn't use the hot tub (due to the 95 degree heat), the backyard was so inviting with its patio furniture, bar, grill area, etc. (There was some noise from Ramsey Street right behind the house, but we didn't care.) Every creature comfort was thought of from the welcoming bottle of chilled wine with special glasses to the bathroom accessories such as packaged toothbrushes and toothpaste. I highly recommend this home and will definitely come back.

I will be back!

This home was amazing and made our stay over the Christmas Holiday perfect. It was so eloquently decorated! We spent our time watching movies by the fire, playing games at the dining room table and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make great meals. The hosts were fabulous. I grew up in CDA and love coming back to visit friends and family so my next trip will definitely include staying at this wonderful property.

Cozy and clean

We had a great weekend getaway and absolutely loved reading by the fireplace in the comfy living room couches that all reclined. Very clean, spacious and welcoming! Also, was in a quiet neighborhood in a great central location to the areas we wanted to explore. We love visiting Coeur D'Alene and would gladly stay here again.
