「Room was clean. Stayed 2 nights. We were on a working vacation to get photos of waterfalls in the region. Staff were professional and polite. No issues at all. Room was quiet」

「We got there and the front desk staff was lacking energy and talked very softly. The hotel does not have an elevator which was not advertised and was an issue. It took a manager to come in and get us all checked in, We went to our room and the bed wasn't made. The room was not clean. We then headed back to the front desk and it took another 15 minutes to get a clean room. The pool was also closed. Not a great experience.」

「We have stayed in both The Loft and Birchwood condos at this location. Birchwood was our favorite. The condo is so roomy, decorated very tastefully and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The owners are dedicated to making their guests comfortable. I highly recommend the "upscale accommodations" with the "up north location." It is great!」

「Beautiful house. If there was more snow on the roads to get to the trails it would be the cherry on top. But as for the house everything was great. A bit shy for seating for as many beds there are but we mostly hung around the table. We brought in lawn chairs so we could all be together. Kitchen well equipped. A lot of ice by the stairs.
