「Property is clean enough but quite dated. Service was ok, but only ok and opportunities to offer better services were missed often. Breakfast ‘tray’ was a Tesco bag dumped on our table (not in the fridge)with basic white sliced supermarket bread, butter, jam and OJ with a four pint of milk, which is as described but not exciting and as it wasn’t put in the fridge not great with the heat. 「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

All the staff presented themselves as professional but friendly always smiling and open to conversations and commentary. The spa is fantastic, relaxing and rejuvenating.
