"there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night"

"Very costly compared to other high end places we have stayed that included all amenities … this place offers nothing! Tiny bathroom with no place to set anything, dangerous getting out of a slippery tub with nothing to hang on to, Rickey outside stairs ( for someone with mobility issues), no breakfast. "Our stay was good and as expected. Breakfast and staff were excellent. The room could have been cleaner. One of the two mattresses definitely needs to be replaced. It completely sags in the middle and squees terribly with every move. We would stay again."
