On the ground floor: large living room-kitchen, entrance with laundry room and cloakroom (shoe dryer), separate toilet, 1 bedroom with private bathroom (balneo bath and toilet) and TV (1 double bed 160x200 cm and 1 bed 90x200 cm), 4 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower and toilet) and TV (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds person in 90x200 cm). On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with private shower room (shower and wc) (2 single beds 90x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with second day window (2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub and wc), loft. Outside access in front of the gîte: wellness area (sauna, spa, table football, with shower and toilet). Parking for 7 cars. Unfenced natural land all around the gite. Free shuttle in winter in front of the chalet. Excellent comfort (linen included, beds made, cleaning optional). 3 km from the slopes, on the edge of meadows, enjoy a gite with a breathtaking view, open to nature. Its cathedral living room conducive to evenings of sharing, its ideal relaxation area to disconnect will not fail to seduce you, as will the history of this house whose secrets can be revealed to you by the owners. A breathtaking view, plenty of options for pampering, well-defined spaces, and a vast living area... This address is exceptional! On the road leading to the Les Saisies resort, with the free shuttle at its feet, the history of this chalet is just as exceptional. From barn to large gîte, very well designed to offer everyone their own space, under the gaze of Mont Blanc.
