Welcome to VinhMinh Homes in Hattingen! Our lovingly furnished 44-square-meter apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, boasts a central location, a modern, comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking right outside the door. It’s just a few minutes from the historic old town and close to lakes and nature. There are also optional public transportation connections to Essen (university); Bochum (university); Wuppertal, etc. Ideal for business travelers, couples, and active vacationers—this is where coziness meets adventure!

The Accommodation
You access the apartment via a staircase entrance.
It is high-quality, modern, and bright with plenty of natural light, and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

🛋️ Living Room:

The living room features a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, a smart TV for enjoyable movie nights, board games, blackout curtains, adjustable ambient lighting, and a dining table that seats 4 people. There’s also a small workspace, in case you’re traveling for work or need to get something done in between.

🛏️ Bedroom:

The bedroom features a high-quality electric box-spring bed (180 x 200), two small nightstands with nightlights, and two luggage racks to make packing and unpacking your bags easier. Just like in the living room, this room also features blackout options and adjustable ambient lighting. Additionally, the room has a closet with plenty of space to store your clothes. Clothes hangers, an iron, and an ironing board are also provided.

🍳 Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped—with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, enough dishes and silverware for 4 people, two coffee makers (a drip coffee maker and a Senseo), various spices, a vacuum cleaner, and a laundry basket for dirty laundry, if needed.

🛁 Bathroom:

The bright bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a modern rain shower, along with toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap. A makeup mirror, hair dryer, and an electric trash can for cosmetics provide additional comfort. A washing machine, laundry basket, and drying rack are also available, making longer stays hassle-free. Ample storage space for bathroom essentials and a towel rack round out the amenities.

🪞 Hallway:

In the hallway, right behind the apartment door, there is a comfortable bench that makes it easy to put on and take off your shoes. Coat hooks provide space to hang jackets and bags, and a large full-length mirror lets you check your appearance one last time before leaving the apartment. Additionally, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided here for your safety.

Free parking is available right at the property, along with a small seating area—perfect for relaxing when the weather is nice or winding down the day with a glass of wine (Important: Outdoor furniture is available ONLY during the summer months).
