Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them aware.

Lovely space to stay!

Beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable room. Outstanding and attentive staff. Our favorite hotel in Philly.

Room was clean and large and beds were comfortable. pillows were’nt great however- too soft. Breakfast was good- nice selection. Area was small for the size of the hotel so had to wait to get a place to sit. Room I had was facing some sort of truck garage or area and was very loud in early morning which woke me up. not pleasant but since I was only staying one night to attend the flower show at the convention center so, it was fine. One thing to note- charging $150 per night for in incidental deposit in the room is crazy for a one night stay. we found that to be excessive and not necessary. l Overall it was fine.
