Enjoy the convenience of a bathroom with great water pressure, shower and hair dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. There are TVs in each bedroom (and living room), WIFI. Our $5 daily administrative fee insures your stay up to $10,000 with Safely. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please empty and rinse ashtray from outside smoking area if you used it.
On Wednesdays, please take outdoor trashcan around the corner and leave next to the other trashcan next to the alley by the double garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am daily. This apartment is under another unit which necessitates quiet hours. if no one is upstairs, quiet hours don't apply.
You may need to get the outdoor trashcan from by the alley around the corner by the double garage if if's not by your entrance. Put back on Wed. night
