Airless and Strong Mildew Odor
I chose this place because of the positive reviews but that was not my experience. The place does look like the pics and it's clean BUT there's also a very strong mildew odor. There were no screens in the windows so that I could air the place out. The air conditioning was the only thing abating the mildew and so I put an all the warm clothes in my bag and got through one night. I had to lose money and book another room or my Barbados vacation would have been a bust.

We stayed at Beaumont Suites for a long weekend and it was great. The check-in and check-out was a (much appreciated) smooth, flexible process. The property location is on a main street in Barbados, which is about a 1-minute walk down to the beach, 20 seconds away from a coffee shop, and a couple of blocks from a convenience store. It's equidistant between Bridgetown (downtown area) and The Gap (a boardwalk of restaurants and nightlife), and is about a 10-min drive each way to either destination. We rented #8 which has a couple of bedrooms and a small kitchen that was perfect for cooking. This isn't an amenities-filled property (no on-site concierge, restaurant, or outdoor space), so if you're looking for a hotel experience this isn't it. But it is a nice little apartment in a great location that's very clean and comfortable.

Stayed in apt #5. Check-in process was very easy (someone needs to meet you at the apt. to give you the keys and show you around - was able to schedule through email and they were flexible when I needed to push my check-in time back a few hours). Apt. is spacious (TV room/work and dining space in the same room as the kitchen, two good sized bedrooms and a modern bathroom) and was very clean. Location was great for me (walking distance to Brandins beach (5 mins) for surfing and renting a board, near BarbadosBlue for scuba (10 mins), walking distance to restaurants (1-10 mins). Parking is easy in the lot. Only item to mention is that this particular apartment doesn't have a view (it receives sunlight, but the windows are white matte - I guess so no one can see in). For me, was not an issue as I spend almost all my time during the day outside, but worth noting. Overall great experience. Would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Easy check in as Marina was there to meet us upon arrival. Suite was clean, well equipped and pleasantly furnished . Within walking distance to restaurants and Carlisle Bay. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future. Washing machine was an added bonus and tv and wifi worked well

This is an AirBNB-type apartment that is also listed here on Expedia. It is perfect for couples or small families who are on vacation in Barbados and just need a place to get some rest at night great.
It has 1 very spacious room (with a comfortable king size bed) + 1 smaller room. Free parking. Free (fast) wi-fi internet. Free cable TV with plenty of US and UK channels.
Place is very clean and extremely well kept. All kitchen appliances are modern (microwave, toaster, electrical stove, etc). There is also a washing machine and drier which can be very convenient for long stays and also for families with kids.
Plenty of natural light in the rooms but none in the living room.
Check-in and check-out were smooth. For the latter, management was very flexible and kindly allowed us to check-out late in the afternoon as there was incoming guest(s) the day we were leaving.
Location is good although there is no beach front or ocean view. There is a beach not too far away (5-minute walk) but we never went there. One can go to the many other nice beaches in the south coast (Accra beach, Maxwell beach, Oistins beaches, etc, etc are all within relatively short distances).
For those who like to dine out and party at night, St Lawrence Gap offers the best entertainment spot on the Island and, from Beaumont Suites, it's just a 5-10 minute drive (depending on the traffic and time of the day).
In a nutshell, we enjoyed our 6-night stay at this apartment and we recommend it.

A Fine Stay
Beaumont Suites anticipated all the necessities for a family stay; from sun cream to beach towels. The apartment was tastefuyyl decorated. It would have been nice to have a window in the kitchen and a more accessible window in the bathroom but overall we were pleased with the aesthetics.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, laundry suit, and all the amenities you need for your stay! The welcoming package with food and snacks was such a nice touch, as well as the availability of sunscreen and bathroom essentials. The bed was really comfy, and even though the apartment is at a lower level, the windows are very large and let lots of light in. It is also a 3 minute walk from the beach. I really loved my stay here, thanks so much!

Clean friendly and thoughtful staff
Me and my mum really enjoyed our time here, the staff were very helpful with any of our queries. The apartments are up to date and clean, with all the amenities that you could need. From shower gel and shampoo, down to kitchen equipment and products. We even got a little mobile phone to use during our stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone and if I do return in the future I will be staying here again!

Very nice spot, near to the ocean.
It was our first trip with a baby (8 months), it was our first trip after his birth. We looked for an easy accessible place, with good weather and a possibility to dive, so we chose Barbados.Beaumont Suites were very good choice to stay in.

Gold Cup Weekend
The Beaumont is a beautiful and very clean apartment that is well located if u want to be close to the action but just far enough to enjoy a little peace and quiet. We lucked us with it being Gold Cup weekend and we were just a short 5mins walk away. Samantha the property manager was awesome and was only mins away if/when needed.
Being two females, the only complaint we have is the lighting is in the bathroom is very dim and the apt is lacking a full length mirror. but the beds and pillows certainly made up for that I had the best sleeps there ever!

Nice apartment but no amenities
Nice apartment, would be lovely for a family, has 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and living room area. Nice bathroom too with shower. But there are no amenities to speak of attached to this property. No pool, no restaurants, etc. You must walk everywhere for any extras. We got bumped out of the original property we booked with Expedia, and were given this as an option. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Expedia trying to get accommodations sorted out. I will NEVER book with Expedia again, as this vacation was a disappointment, and not what we had wanted.
