「Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...

「 部屋は２つベッドで広く使いやすかった。シャワーも固定式でなくお湯もホットできもちよかった。朝食はパン、お菓子、ヨーグルトなどでそれほど質の高いものでないが、悪くもないといったところ。スタッフは基本親切でよかった、何とか英語が通ずるスタッフも複数いて助かった。ただ聞いたタクシーの相場は実際より若干高めで自分たちの取り扱い手数料が入ってるのではという感じがした。ロケーションは中心からやや離れているが徒歩で行ける範囲内なので悪くはない。全体の照明を落としていることもあり、全体の雰囲気がややくらい。設備も良く使いやすいが、その点はマイナスである。」

「Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised 1. No wifi in room AT ALL 2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown. 「Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable 」
