"We had a wonderful stay, the rooms are so nice extremely clean the beds and pillows are so comfortable! Would have loved to have taken the pillow with me. The staff here are all fantastic ! Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond to make your stay at this property such a good experience. We will definitely be going back.."

"The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, they didn’t have waffle maker but had frozen waffles to toast. However, they had veggie frittata & ham egg and cheese croissant along with several flavors of bottled juices. Parking was good. No swimming pool or hot tub but that was okay for my stay. It’s located in a hotel row so there are 8-10 hotels all together. McDonald’s, iHop, Cracker Barrel and other restaurants very close."

"I can only say, when I walked into the room I felt like I walked into a retreat spa getaway. Staff at Front desk was kind even though I was a late arrival. Parking was well lit and easy access."

"This is my second stay in BW this week and again I was very pleased. It looks like they are after major renovations. Everything is modern, clean and it's pleasant to be here. Very nice breakfast, good location and reasonable price "

"The staff was great, but the condition of the room was awful. They did make it right and comp the room so that was nice. They are redoing some of the floors so if you get one of those floors I'm sure it will be a much better experience than I had. The whole hotel looks like it's not been kept up. The wall are cracking, ceiling tiles falling in. Every where you looks something was falling apart or not kept up. It was also so hot everywhere. I asked for a fan, and they sent up one that had mystery splatter in the top , and the blades were covered in dust.The room was awful, the a carpet looked like a small murder happened. Big stain with little stains all around it. The sheets had stains, and the bathtub was so gross I had to put a towel down to even shower. I think once they redo it it will be worth the rates they charge. But for 200 dollars it was not worth it at all. I would definitely ask to be put in the floors that are redone if at all possible. "

"Hotel was nice, staff was great. A few unexpected amenities that were great. A couple of complementary drinks in the evening were nice, as well as the best breakfast buffet I've had. "
