「Excellent facilities and very clean and fresh room - we had a lovely night :)」

「On arrival, I was given a sheet of paper to fill in, but it was so badly printed that I could not read it! The room was spacious, with a walk in shower, kettle and tea and coffee. However, the wifi did not work for me, and the TV kept cutting out, but the bed was comfortable. In the morning, there was no water from the taps, so I could not use the lovely looking shower; I had to wash with water from the kettle, from the previous evening. I feel that the staff should have been warning guests...

「Having stayed a few times over the years we knew what to expect . As usual all the staff were helpful and cheerful. However we stayed in room 6 overnight on a very hot day and night so the room was very uncomfortably hot and made sleeping a problem. We did notice there was an air conditioning unit in the ceiling which was not operating and there was no way to control it. Very disappointing, it would have made a big difference on such a hot night. Nevertheless we look forward to our next stay,...

「Good value for money, polite, helpful and smiling staff. Plenty of parking, comfortable rooms and bathroom. Pub next door also ideal.」

「The room wasn’t clean, the headboard on the bed was worn and ripped, underneath the bed was filthy and full of hairs, a previous guests glasses were left in the room, a small used soap bar used unhygienic and not enough for 2 guests, other items were also not replenished, despite having a previous stay at this hotel which was good this one did not live up to the previous standard and the member of staff on reception was also quite rude」

「Basic accommodation. Old fashioned but clean . In need of a refurbishment. Plenty of free parking and the location is OK . Cheaper than big hotel chains but the rooms reflect this . Beds are sponges and need replacing . 」

「Pros: Surrounded by a landscaped golf course. Bath not just a shower. Toiletries in room which included conditioner which isn't always provided. Complementary water and sparkling water Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Cons: No secondary lock on the inside of the door. Hallways smell quite bad and look very tired. Noise from other rooms or hallway overnight was quite easy to hear. Not sure if the walls are thin but it was enough to wake me up. A bit of black mould in the grouting in...

「You know exactly what you're getting with Premier Inn. A clean room with very comfy bed and lovely breakfast.」

「The Bathroom Floor needs new Tiles. The Bath needs a new Shower Screen. The Bath needs a quality Bath Panal. The Toilet needs a better quality toilet Seat. The Bedrooms need a portable Fridge Cooler. Restaurant evening Meals are not available certain days. Reception Staff rarely answer the telephone.」

「Wonderful customer service. I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.」
