「The host was so gentle and answer timely to our questions and inquiries. The host even drove around 1h night time to help us on how to operate the fireplace. 「Everything was extremely clean, easy, and comfortable at this property. It had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen items to good WiFi to plenty of hot water. The location was fantastic: super easy on/off the highway to connect to Banff Town and the Park. There's not plentiful space for 4 adults to relax on "comfy" furniture in the common area apart from utilizing the kitchen table, but we didn't need that. Highly recommend.」

「Overall, it is a good value and comfortable stay. We arrived a little early and were able to enter the unit. It hadn't been cleaned from the prior night, a last minute booking that didn't make the cleaning schedule. Thankfully we were there early and the cleaning crew were still there working on other units. The cleaning crew I spoke with was so kind, thoughtful and apologetic.
