"My room smelled like several people had been smoking in it for weeks. It was so bad, I had to turn off the air conditioner because the unit kept circulating the smell back into the room. I asked to have my room switched, and they stated, “we can’t accommodate you.” Additionally, after I flushed the toilet, the tank would take forever to refill. The first night, I had to listen to the annoying sound of the tank trying to refill the entire night. My stay there was a complete disaster!"
