「When we arrived, there was a toilet plunger in the tub and it had crap all over it. The shower curtain was gone, the soap was open and done used, and all the shampoo and soap was out… after notifying staff they said there is nothing they could do because it was booked through Expedia… We also paid almost 300$ for that night…」
