I had a very convenient and comfortable stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus, and having easy access to the parking garage made everything so much easier. The location and overall convenience were great. I would definitely stay here again!

The minute I arrived to check in Juan and Sandra were very helpful. I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality towards me and my wife. They made checking in a breeze as well as helping us find activities in the area.

The staff was outstanding. The room was very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby because the bed was so comfortable. The parking garage was convenient and only $25 a day. It was very quiet for being in the middle of Hartford. Very safe.

We stayed here to run the Hartford Marathon. Overall the stay was fine. Hilton’s tend to be a little run down these days and the restaurant wasn’t great but it was good enough. However, they charged an additional $75 for late check out knowing that the race was going on and people would most likely need it. I’ve never been charged this much if anything for late check out so it was clear they were taking advantage of the race and runners needing it. The full marathon didn’t start till 8 AM so no one was going to be ready and checked out by noon and they profited off of that which makes me not want to stay at another Hilton again.

pool was under maintenance unfortunately, gym was clean and well furnished. room cleaning was regular and thorough. lack of free breakfast is disappointing but i did know about it before booking so that is mostly my fault. staff was very helpful and very friendly.

Check-in process was very slow. Loved access to cold flavored water. Although I was on the 10th floor, my room was noisy because of near-by highway. Close to Bucknell Park which provided a pleasant walk. Check-out was simple.

It was very clean and comfortable. There was not air conditioning in the halls and it was needed during July. I enjoyed the decor, and the bed was very spacious, firm, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but I didn't mind. A small refrigerator and microwave were helpful. There was no room service, but I got a sandwich down at the restaurant, which was adequate but nothing special. I enjoyed the muffins.

Parking was great. Hotel has a skywalk to the Arena. Itvwas very convenient. Staff at front desk were very pleasant to talk to. Sandra was very helpful!! We didn't get breakfast there.
