Welcome to our stylish 2 bedroom apartment located in a quite neighborhood 5 minutes from highway. This new apartment features 2 comfortable foam queen-size beds, a fully-equipped kitchen-dinning room, living room, bathroom & workspace. walking distance to gulf club, park, stores & restaurants, Short 6 minute drive to Hartford hospital, University of Hartford, downtown Hartford. Few minutes drive to West Hartford shopping center. 20 minutes to Bradley international airport.

Easy check-in/check-out. Place was clean. No bedroom storage (e.g., dressers) other than a closet in one bedroom. Had a busy weekend planned so we didn't spend a lot of time there but it served us well for a place to sleep. Back bedroom had a lot of street noise at night. Neighborhood is a little off-putting if you're not familiar with more urban areas. But overall no issues. Host was very responsive.

Had the basics only

AC was not working in one room. Concerns because it kept tripping the power strip and wouldn't stay on. Apartment was hot when we arrived late at night . Lights difficult to find, some rooms only had lamps and no switch. Listing did not note no elevator access.Space was updated. Clean, cute decor, had coffee/tea.

Beautiful oasis

We stayed 4 nights for our family trip. The home was sparkling clean and we found all we need. I love boho styled rooms. No issues with neighbors. All kind of TV subscription available. Overall very positive experience. Thank you!

The host never contacted me with check-in information. I contacted him the night before my arrival asking for check-in information, which he then sent. Trash was embedded in the overgrown grass and weeds in front of the building and littered the sidewalk to the building and entrance. Old furniture littered nearby sidewalks. The renr sign in front of the building lead to several people walking up and asking me if it was rented by the day or night. The entrance door deadbolt had loose screws in it. The entrance way was dark and only lighted by motion sensor lights. The unit had no washer and dryer in the condo. I texted the host who said they were in the basement of the building and “shared”. The back deck to the basement was rickety, dark and filthy. The basement with the washer was the same. The environment was so bad that I felt unsafe and could not stay there. I paid for 2 nights but could not risk the well being of my family to remain there. This unit is grossly misrepresented. The area is extremely run down, dirty and has nothing that gives a potential guest a sense of safety. There’s a reason why all the surrounding homes had bars over their windows and doors and why cameras were mounted at the back of the property. I was completely shocked by the condition of the area. I was definitely ripped off. Please forewarn future potential guests. After a long day of travel, I was forced to find other lodging that was safe for my family.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our short stay in Hartford. This apartment was conveniently located, close to highways, and good restaurants. Very clean. Easy nearby street parking. Good communication with the host within a few hours. The website description was accurate.

Quick visit to see friends

I just love what they did with the decor here. This apartment is very spacious and has all the basics. It’s clearly an old building that they’ve put a lot of work into making feel more modern. So there are very few outlets for charging devices but we made it work. I would suggest bringing an extension cord or two :) All in all, I’d stay here again!

Great apartment with excellent comma

This apartment was a perfect choice for my sister and I, who were visiting family. The place is beautifully decorated, Incredibly clean and the beds were wonderful. Especially high marks go to the host, who is excellent with all communications. Highly recommend.
