Front door to the lobby was broken Overall maintenance of the hotel is dated and the walls, doors, washrooms were unclean with obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff did as good as a job as they could with how busy they were but the hotel needs higher standards in terms of basic cleanliness and presentation."
