"Room was dirty, exposed electrical outlet in wall, only had hot water, water damage under the bathroom sink, bathtub was not cleaned and toilet water tank didn’t refill. We were moved into a new room which was better but that’s not saying much, this room had fingernails on the floor, and many strands of hair in the bed. Did not sleep well, checkout out well before 11am "

It seemed the cleaning team had gone over everything in the room except for the bathroom but aside from that everything else was fine. "
