"A group of us took a ride to Geneva for bike week and loved our stay here! The owners left firewood for us in case we wanted to have a fire which was very thoughtful. We had everything we needed and thought the property was beautiful. The only thing some people potentially could complain about is the sulfur smelling water, but if you are used to well water you’ll be just fine. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for my bachelor party weekend and had an awesome experience! The place was perfect for what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. We especially loved the ping pong table, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do at the house, while still being really convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area.We spent time at both Geneva-on-the-Lake and downtown Geneva, and both were just a short drive away. The house also has tons of natural light, which made the space feel even more open and inviting.One thing to note is that you do have to walk up two flights of stairs to access the house, so it may be challenging for anyone with limited mobility.Renee was a fantastic host and made everything incredibly easy from check-in through checkout. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the weekend.It was the perfect home base for a memorable bachelor party weekend. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back!"

Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Private Backyard - Near Wineries & SPIRE

"Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire ring, gazebo with table and chairs. There was wood provided for the fire. We didn't know if we would need wood so we took some. Left it for the next guests. Just a suggestion for a few more kitchen items, pizza cutter, serving bowls and spoons, only service for six in dishes and silverware which meant washing dishes after every meal. They need a few more dish towels and dish cloths with having to wash and dry dishes. A dish drainer would be helpful. It was great that they provided beach towels to use. Beautiful air fryer oven but we couldn't find a user manual. We didn't use it because we didn't want to damage it. This house is all newly renovated and so nicely decorated. Great large wall TV in living room with beautiful picture. Backyard very private and so relaxing. Great washer and dryer. Wifi worked great. Lots of parking in drive way. Host was so helpful when we had had difficulty with front door lock. We had a great week. Would come again. They provided makings for s'mores and really enjoyed them over our fire. Thanks."

Farmhouse in the vineyards! Sleeps 8!

"The farmhouse interior was very clean, attractive and spacious. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and there were sufficient bath towels etc. placed in each bedroom. However, several standard items were missing. There was no body soap, shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer in either bathroom. Soap for each shower should be a given. When I contacted the host by phone on our first day to make her aware of this, I never received a call back or the soap. There was only I partially full tissue box in one of the bathrooms and none in the other. The main bathroom on the first floor was missing a toilet paper holder. The Laurello Winery next to the house, served excellent pizza and salad and were very accommodating."
