"No hot water the entire time we stayed (3 days) and at one point, no water at all for 5 hours. Dirty walls, appliances, furniture. Ants all over the bathroom. Dryer did not work, so we had damp linens. The housekeeper stayed 4 hours after check in when we just wanted to relax. No key or instructions left for use of the fitness center. "

"The host was easy to get in contact with and any issues or concerns were resolved within the same day. The property is extremely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is also convenient to all festivities, restaurants, and attractions. I would recommend this play to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfy stay while in Ocho Rios. "

"The property was clean and centrally located. All was good except we had no hot water day 2 of our stay. Winston made efforts to fix the issue but I only got hot water a few days before checkout of my 14 day stay. We had no wifi for most of our stay no fault of Winston. The power line was knocked down by a truck and flow took a long time to get it back up. Winston tried his best to help by getting us a star link. It worked on and off. My stay at the property was good overall except for those two issues that Winston tries to help fix as soon as possible. "
