「What a wonderful location, completely unexpected and above and beyond what have experienced at many hotels. Ambulance is fantastic, town is a lovely and quaint, great for a relaxing weekend. The staff is well informed and friendly well-being, professional.」

「The property was lovely and a convenient location. The office closed at 8pm and we arrived around 10pm so we did not see any staff. However, they were very accommodating in getting us our key after hours. When we went to checkout the next morning there was still no staff in the office. Everyone checked out by leaving there keys and signed forms on the unattended desk.」

Our room, especially the bathroom, was small. Be aware the stairwell is steep and narrow which may not be an issue if you do not have to carry large or heavy bags to your room. 」

「We were disappointed with our stay at Pelican Inn & Suites, especially considering the premium price charged. The “included breakfast” advertised on the website consisted mostly of inexpensive packaged snacks and instant oatmeal, which did not match expectations set by the property. We also paid extra for a premium fireplace room, only to discover the fireplace was nonfunctional. When this was brought to staff attention, the response felt dismissive and lacking accountability. Most frustrating...

「Great location, reasonable prices, you can look at the ocean from sitting in the Jacuzzi. The pool is in the front of the property, which is excellent. No other hotel on the beach had this particular option」
