"Very noisy. "

"As soon as we walked through the doors we were hit by the smell of marihuana and even worse throughout the hallway to our room. I confirmed with the guy at the front desk that it was a smoke-free hotel and all he said is that he didn’t know what that was and did confirm that it was smoke-free. We had one bath towel and one to step out of the shower. Went to the front desk to get more but he didn’t have any face cloths. There is rust around the bathtub, a baseboard missing in the washroom, the plaster is peeling off the ceiling. The screws that hold the latch on the doors were all loose. All I can say that was good is that the beds were comfortable but I was also very tired after a long day of travelling. Will not be booking there again and will definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone. "

"The check-in was very quick, room was ready and somewhat clean. TV area and coffee maker space was dusty. I appreciated how quickly the heat turned on and warmed up the room. The TV was a bit slow when pressing the buttons. The toilet was very loud after flushing and noise continued until the tank filled up. I thought the heat was great until I tried to find a good temperature to sleep with. It was too hot on low heat with other dial closer to lower heat. I tried the 2 fan settings and also tried the lower heat with other dial between heat and cool. So I turned off, and woke up cold, turned back on to warm up, woke up hot and that was my sleeping night cycle. When I was okay with the heat I was hearing the pipes as the squeaked when used and other toilets flushing. The bed was nice and cinfy and so were the pillows although I didn't enjoy my sleep the 2 nights I stayed. The shower pressue is strong and that was nice. The fitness room had what I needed, older equipment but it did the job. Continental breakfast was okay, small boiled eggs, coffee and teas, cereal, the fresh fruit was nice! Toast, bagels muffins and some pastries. I wish there were some oatmeal packets. You can upgrade your breakfast for a cost. There was enough parking space even though it was a busy time. All in all I would probably try to be on one of the top floors to avoid the noisey pipes, as for the heater though, I am not sure how that could be fixed."

"Stayed with our family of 5 in the suite with bunk beds and added a cot. Great service, spacious room, small but nice pool, fresh breakfast with good variety including sausages, eggs and waffles. Fantastic location with good food options. We ate mostly at the farm boy across the street. About 20 mins away from snow valley resort which is why we were in the area. Highly recommend super 8 ... great price to value, friendly staff."

"Room cleaniness wasn’t the best.. found old socks left over, sheets were dirty. Microwave had someone’s Tupperware left in it. Floor was sticky. Breakfast was awesome!! Staff at check in was also awesome! Pool is small but it was good enough for my kids. There was hair all over the floor at the pool, nobody cleaned there daily. Stayed multiple nights and that same hair was all over the floor. Awesome, spacious rooms, too bad it’s so dirty. Won’t be staying again."

"Room on first floor we initially got was lackluster, but they happily switched us to a room on the sixth floor, which was absolutely incredible with natural light and a much cleaner decor Thank you very much Monte Carlo!"

"Connection is not user friendly. Too long a process to go through. Also the window blind doesn’t close fully which prevents the option of having controlling sun rays when it’s needed and when not. Also privacy is an issue with the open blinds "

"Staff was friendly. 2-bedroom suite was perfect and housekeeping took good care of us."
