「The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time.

「My wife and I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. So bad that we checked in, dropped our bags and started looking for a different hotel.
