"I understand pipes freeze in cold weather but I wish they told us the day before that the water wasn’t working not when we were on our way to check-in. Telling us before hand could of helped us find another place instead of offering a refund first and left us without a place to stay somewhere I am not from. I am very thankful that they let us stay in other place of the property while that problem got fixed. However, I would of liked to just stayed in that property till our stay was over...
