「Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed and totally enjoyed the pool and house. Hosts are terrific with communication and assistance when needed. Location is great and you can enjoy seeing the gopher tortoises in the grassy areas. We loved watching them! Would definitely stay here again.」

「This home is in a great country neighborhood. Ideal for walking, biking and seeing wildlife. Screened back porch has a nice view and breeze overlooking canal. Nice size dock for fishing and boating. We put our boat on lift and got out to peace river quickly, absolutely beautiful. Water in canal is low in winter so plan boating around high tides. Neighbors are super friendly. 「My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here.」
