"We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Place was okay but staff was very courteous about anything we needed. Breakfast was very good. This is a four star hotel. It’s not Taj it’s Vivanta by Taj😊. They had us a room on smoking floor and we had 2 kids. Floors in our room were sticky as the building was pretty old. Some areas were renovated and new like the lobby and some very old. Our safe got locked and SURMESH the guy who addressed every situation was awesome. He was always there with a smile on his face. He was so humble and respectful. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a comfortable experience. Overall a good time. "

"Most amazing stay here. Room modern clean. Service all areas by staff amazing … restaurant staff very accommodating and friendly … worth every penny. Best thing is the food was good and they also have a section for foreigners where food not cooked with curry and spices. "I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfort"

"I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property."
