"Quick easy stay, front desk staff was really helpful."

"Concierge staff are excellent. They went above and beyond. Prime location. I like the gym room and the restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and quiet. It lacks some basic supplies though like paper and pens, room service menu. Kettle and tooth paste were provided upon request. The only complaint is cleanliness in the bathroom. It's clean in general but I found some hair at the bathtub and shower area which should not happen. Overall, if I visit downtown Portland again, I'd like to stay at the same place."
