The room was clean. We were given more to and towels when asked for. The hallways are full of trash. The air system didn’t work in our room. Our keys kept unprogramming. We would leave and come back and the keys wouldn’t work. It was raining and very windy. We would have to go to office and wait in line for keys. There was only one staff in reception the entire 4 days. Naomi was useful in giving us new keys everytime but she didn’t understand our frustration. She said she could just keep giving us keys. That corporate is aware of problem but that they are cheap and have not changed the system. I would never go back her. We would arrive late, past midnight or leave before sunrise to go hiking. The place is very dark, it is next to a park without too many lights around and many cars parked in lot did not have permits. People outside smoking, didn’t feel safe just to stand by door and wait for the staff. We would call for help but no answer, she explained she was really busy in the front…one day we went to the office four times! Unacceptable.
