The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was an amazing stay for our time in Hanoi & I would highly recommend it! A very short walk down the road and you’re in the old quarter, lantern street, the night markets and much more. You’re also not far from the Hoan Kiem lake, cathedral and train street. The staff were the best part of the experience - we’ve never met a more accomodating and capable crew of staff ever. They were always willing to go well out of the way for you and take the time and care to help out your experience. We also got both of our rooms upgraded, which was a nice bonus too.

My fiance and I spent several nights at Hanoian Central Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel accommodations were great (clean room, nice amenities, great breakfast buffet) but what really stood out to us was the staff and level of service. Everyone there was more than helpful and especially Molly, Daisy, and Andrew offered top notch attention to ensure we knew how best to navigate Hanoi with ease. They helped to coordinate many transports (local taxis and even booked our overnight train tickets to Hue). There are many hotels to choose from in Hanoi and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hanoian Central Hotel to anyone searching for a safe, centrally located location to stay.

Good location, near the night market and Hoan Kiem lake. Very good service with the staff personally remembering our names, helping to arrange tours. Left my apple watch behind and the staff kindly packed and returned it.

We stayed here for several nights. Firstly it was a wonderful location right in the heart of Old Town. The staff greeted us and gave us loads of tips and ideas for our itinerary. They were always so kind and helpful with brilliant English. We would stay again and recommend anyone to go!

Great service in the heart of the Old Quarter. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast has variety of choice.Hotel offers shower service after check out which was a lifesaver after a hot and sweaty day wandering the city before a late train exit from Hanoi.Can't recommend enough.

So it was convenient yet not overcrowded by footfall Staffs were very friendly and helpful - helped to contact our transport operator to confirm the pickup as they were not responding to us. Toilets were alright- functional and well maintained for this price point

Great location, so you can walk to most attractions (or catch a Grab easily to the more distant ones) . Breakfast is good and the reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The facial care was perfect at Spa on the 01st floor. The room was spacious and good for couple.

Best front desk staff in any hotel I’ve been to. The front desk team is helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Very impressed with the front desk staff’s helpfulness. Excellent location where you can walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the night market (closed to cars on weekends), and many areas in the Old Quarter. Breakfast is another strong point with a huge variety including western breakfast items, the best beef noodle soup, lots of fruits etc. You can also custom order what you want. The breakfast chef and servers are really good and helpful.Room was comfortable & well facilities. I definitely come back this hotel next time in Hanoi.

Excellent hotel! Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, overall perfect first time in Hanoi! Breakfast was delicious. Aroma therapy was perfect. Staff were helpful before arriving all the way through to the end. Air conditioning in each room was a relief too!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hanoian Central Hotel! Andrew, Daisy, Tiffany, Molly and another wonderful man were so very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Any transportation, and tours we wanted were offered to us and arranged for us at good prices. They were so good to communicate all of that information to us and keep us informed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was great with many options. Would recommend!
