This was a fantastic hotel right in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Very close to the markets and night markets on the weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we loved the service. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.

We had a wonderful at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa this Fall. Loved the location. All the best sights and experiences of the Old Quarter were a minute away. The hotel staff, rooms, service, food, and everything else were simply superlative. We’re definitely staying here again when we visit next.

Had an amazing stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi and was looked after very well by Tiffany at reception who accommodated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. In fact all of the staff there are incredibly lovely. The property itself is in a fantastic location, the room we were put into was spacious and had everything you needed. Would definitely visit again.

I found that this hotel Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa due to location and decent price but when I was stay in the hotel, it was Jewelry in Hanoi. Hotel staffs are really really nicely care for the visitor and they answer every question they prepare everything what we need. Also breakfast was warm and delicious.

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is superb. The staff is exceptionally good. They are courteous, attentive, and helpful. Antony and Henry went above and beyond in giving us help with transportation, local tours, and other recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel. This is our second time staying here and will continue to stay here in future trips.

This charming hotel is perfect. The staff is beyond kind and professional. The breakfast is delicious, location is prime, and accommodations comfortable. Every time, they treated us like VIP's; even gave us a beautiful bag when we left. When we were transiting back to the airport, they watched our belongings while we toured Hanoi Old Quarter. I've never experienced such excellent service anywhere.

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Would definitely stay again. Allowed us to keep the luggage at the hotel during our stay in Ha Long Bay. Superb service and nice room. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, with a lovely large balcony.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the action, but also want to have some quiet time. Ms Elsa was such a knowledgeable and considerate host, our tours and travel plans were seamless due to her guidance, she even took into account what the weather would be like so that we had the best experience at destinations outside the city. We will miss Hanoi and it's charm, thank you. Definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I found this hotel for my short trip in Hanoi. Everything was perfect, the location is really convenient to exlore the city, and the room I stayed in was clean and tidy. But the thing that impressed me the most was the staff here, they were really welcoming and helpful, always ready to support us with anything we needed.
