Go To Hotel when in Hanoi

Always stay at this hotel because the staff are so wonderful and caring. The hotel is in a great location as well as the rooms being very adequate. I never stay anywhere else.

There was a lovely hotel welcoming and staff couldn’t be nicer. The hotel’s location is perfect in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The room was big, clean and quiet with comfy beds. I couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Friendly Welcome Hotel

When ever I visit Hanoi I always try to stay at this hotel. As well as it being a great, boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff here are so welcome and friendly and I have got to know them all over the last 9 months or so.

Good option at an affordable price in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooms are fine, nothing to complain about, the staff is really nice and helpful, the reception area would benefit from a bit of a refurbishment, the breakfast is just ok but again not a deal breaker.

Good hotel with great staff!

Good hotel with extremely friendly staff! The hotel is in a great location (walking distance to everything). The hotel is slightly outdated and our room would need to be refurbished within short. Overall we are very happy with our stay, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
