This hotel was quite comfortable! There’s an elevator, nice beds, and a good shower in a clean bathroom. It is down a tiny alleyway that is not well marked, but once you know where to go it is easy (and takes you by a shop with great bao buns). A nice find for the price!

Is difficult to find this hotel because the entrance is quite hidden, but overall the price is super affordable. The hotel is clean very well located, you can walk petty much to every tourist attraction. Lots of food options around, to choose from. If you are looking for affordability and convenience this is your place.

Very much loved this hotel for the price, it was clean and everyone was so nice and friendly and were able to watch our bags while we went to cat ba. Very walkable and right by night market. It is down a little alley way so look for the sign on the street. It was quiet even though it was so central. Free coffee in lobby, AC worked very very well

So confused who could have given this hotel the good reviews. Was definitely my least favourite stay on my 2 month southeast asia trip. Firstly I walk in and the room had ants crawling all over, the safe and minibar both didn’t work (which is quite important when you’re somewhere so hot and can’t even keep cold water in your room). The hotel is at the end of this awful sketchy alley, which smells so bad. You’ll be leaving the hotel at 8 am for a tour and people are chopping raw chicken on the floor and you have to jump over them. If you’d like to come back any time after midnight, you have to wake up this guy who sleeps on the lobby floor, which you feel so bad to do… so weird they cannot give you a key like any other hotel i’ve been to. Also they lock the whole alley, so you have to call him outside the alley and wait for him to come there? Does not feel safe at all, as a solo traveler what would i do if my phone was stolen/dead, or if i was followed home or just needed to get in urgently late at night? Also cause of this weird alley thing, you cannot wait for any of your tours or cabs at the lobby, you have to walk to the street with your stuff and wait in the middle of the road.

酒店很近景點及很多食店, 我們原先訂購2間單床房間, 但去到後才通知沒有同層2間單人床房間, 需分開層數或如同層其中一間需雙人床房間, 最後我們選擇同層及安排6樓房間, 電梯只去到5樓需行上1層, 樓梯很窄. 2張單床房間也很窄, 沒有電話及護髮素等設施.工作人員很好, 有洗衣服務及Call車往機場服務.

ハノイまでのタクシーアレンジや、お部屋の延長を交渉して適切なお値段で受けてくれました。融通がききます。ベトナムドンが足りなかったのですが、円で払えました。エレベーターがないのだけが改善点です。螺旋階段で3階まで上がるのはしんどいです。特に重いスーツケースをエレベーターなしで運ぶのは大変だと思います。

리셉션 굉장히 친절합니다. 공항버스, 여행계획까지 도움을 줘요. 위생은 더운 나라라서 어느정도 포기하셔야 하지만, 커피랑 조식은 위생빼곤 괜찮았습니다.

Overall experience is very satisfactory. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Daily make up of our room. Breakfast was ok. Location was very convenient to night market and restaurant. The entrance to the hotel though is a small alley, the only down side of it. But ok in general.

Best staff ever and good value rooms

It's cheap but one of the most valued hotels we stayed at. They are clean and nice. Breakfeast good. Best part is the lovely receptionist who helped us with everything, helped everybody to get their best stay. We also forgot our passport in Sapa and they fixed the whole thing to get it there in 1 and a half day. Would definetly live here again, nearby to most of it aswell.

Albergo impeccabile, tutto perfetto a parte il ragazzo della reception, perché ci ha fatto pagare il taxi per l'aeroporto con prezzo maggiore di quello in precedenza, e in più ci aveva assicurato la colazione prima della partenza e alla fine non ci ha dato nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua, e dato che la colazione era pagata sarebbe bastato un pacco di biscotti e un succo di frutta!! Peccato perché tutti gli altri che ci lavorano sono stati molto carini

The hotel is not directly facing the street. It needs to pass a small corridor before getting in but we felt safe during our stay. The hotel worth the price offering us nice bedroom with comfy queen beds and clean bathroom.The staff are also very accommodating. If you are finding local tours, suggesting to compare more.
