The best staff

Great place to stay in Hanoi. The staff could not have been more helpful and we definitely would not have had such a great time without them. A must stay! Hands down worth it if you're in Hanoi.

This hotel is right in the center of it all! Suberb location, wonderful staff, a good buffet breakfast (only a handful of choices for vegetarians/vegans though). If you can, book a room with a balcony: that traffic going on down the street is fun to watch!

가격대비 시설에는 만족합니다. 직원들도 친절하고요. 단 오전 9시쯤이면 객실청소한다고 방문을 노크하는건 저번에도 불편사항으로 생각됐는데 여전하더군요.

중간숙박으로 2박으로 잡았는데 엄청좋았어요 화장실도 괜찮고 샤워하는데도 불편함은 없었습니다. 이불하고 침대도 편했고 소음도 없었어요. 다만 엘베가 없어서 힘들지 그외는 전반적으로는 만족하며 지내다 왔습니다.

Cockroaches

Terrible hotel, first room the shower was over the toilet and we were woken up both mornings at 7 am by the cleaners screaming. We then moved rooms which was infested with cockroaches!

Staff were excellent; really friendly and helpful particularly killi and lilli who both went out of their way to help with organising trips, taxis etc. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance of all parts of the old quarter with many restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The beds were comfortable with daily cleaning although rooms could benefit from some decoration and more powerful shower would be an improvement. We stayed for 2 weeks and were more than happy overall but would suggest the larger rooms for long stay. Would recommend balcony room. Many thanks to all staff for wonderful holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Toilet fittings are so worn barely working, room is not secured have a sliding window that opens to a walkway and cannot be locked. Yes people can actually climb into your rm. The walkway is lighted in the evening and yes your rm also gets lighted.

Small but very clean and convenient!

For my room, it was great. But my sister and cousin had to walk up stairs, I guess it was fine but still, a little tiring after a journey, the staff had been really helpful and friendly though.

일단 하루나 이틀 한두명 적은 인원이 쓰기엔 괜찮은거 같아요 저렴한 호텔이야 다 거기서 거기니까 위치도 나쁘지 않아요. 2번째 하노이 방문이라 다른 호텔도 이용해 봤는데 저 가격대 호텔들은 다 거기서 거기예요. 문제는 이번여행이 가족 여행이었는데 너무 급하게 숙소를 옮겨야 하는 바람에 평이 나쁘지 않길래 예약을 했어요. 시티뷰의 3인실은 4층에 있는데 엘리베이터가 없었어요. 예약때 명시가 있었는지 모르겠으나 일단 없는줄 모르고 예약하고 갔기에 심히 당황스러웠습니다. 엄마는 걷는게 힘드신 분이라 엘리베이터는 필수 거든요. 그래서 돈을 더 지불하고 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 옮긴방은 엘리베이터가 있으나 방은 8층이고 엘리베이터는 7층까지밖에 없었어요. 방은 넓고 상태도 괜찮았지만 옥상을 개조하여 만들었는지 비오는 12월은 너무 썰렁하다 못하 추웠고, 밤에 자는데 비가 떨어지는 소리가 무슨 철판에 떨어지는지 너무 씨끄러워서 부모님도 자다가 깨시고... 어차피 하롱베이 크루즈 예약으로 2박밖에 안했지만 다음엔 이용하지 않을거 같습니다. 저가격에 더 괜찮은 숙소 많아요. 아니면 돈 더 주고 더 좋은 숙소에 머무는게 나을거 같습니다.
