I’d stay again.

When we arrived the hotel hadn’t yet received the information from Hotels. Com. Not their fault. But they accommodated us as best they could: we stayed one night (but we’re fully booked the 2nd night) and they let us stay in another property for the night (an upgrade) and shuttered us to and from for free! We came back and had a great rest of our stay! Very gracious and helpful staff. They also arranged a day-tour to Halong Bay, which was wonderful! Picture enclosed.

Spacious Room, Good Location

We stayed in 3 different rooms in 3 nights. Our first room was ok but thebl water pressure on the shower was not strong enough then they decided to move us to another room, then another room on the next day. The manager of the day was very attentive. Location wise is good, walking distance to many places, and also to night market. Room is quite spacious with basic amenities. Breakfast was good, limited choices. I wish they serve local Vietnamese coffee.

Sitio normalito al norte del barrio antiguo

Lo mejor del hotel es que el desayuno es en la planta 7, en una terraza acristalada donde se ve la ciudad. Puedes elegir entre varias opciones y te lo preparan al momento. La habitación no tiene nada a destacar y el lavabo podría haber estafo más limpio. Aunque llegamos a las 3 de la mañana pudimos hacer el checkin. El personal es amable y no nos intentaron vender ningún tour durante la estancia.
