Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
"Mr Đe, receptionist, was very sincere and helpful in check in for my room as well as for information around the Ha Noi Pho Co. The room was nice with adequate things as most other hotel. The hotel was in walking distances to most restaurants, and stores for shopping."

"Worst hotel ever. The restroom was moldy, beddings/pillows were not fresh with many stains and tears. The towels were old and looked like rags.
