Die Einrichtung war genau wie auf den Bildern, da wurden wir weder positiv noch negativ ĂŒberrascht. Die zentrale Lage war natĂŒrlich optimal. Das grĂ¶ĂŸte Problem war der ĂŒble und nicht definierbare Gestank ein Zimmer. Auch ein offenes Fenster hat nichts gebracht. Wir hatten nicht die Zeit und Lust das beim Personal zu melden und nach einem andere Zimmer zu fragen.

Centralt beliggende Êldre hotel, men alting fungerede. (Men burde nok snart fÄ en opgradering). Meget besvÊrlig indtjeknings procedure, men der manglede ikke underholdning pga. de 2 receptionister. Super morgenmad med stort udvalg og meget god betjening. God valuta for pengene

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof, die Innenstadt und einige Parks in der Umgebung können fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Wer möchte, kann auch vom Hotel zum Zoo laufen, die Entfernung betrĂ€gt etwa 1,4 km. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und verfĂŒgte ĂŒber einen Kleiderschrank und einem Tresor. Im Bad gab es neben Duschgel, Fön und Seife auch einen zusĂ€tzlichen Heizstrahler. Die Rezeption hat 24/7 geöffnet und man kann kostenlose sein GepĂ€ck deponieren. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Preis Leistung völlig okay. Liegt praktisch direkt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof. Leider keine Klimaanlage, deshalb auch laut da man das Fenster wegen der hohen Temperatur geöffnet halten musste.

Gebucht hatte ich das „Hotel Plaza“ – vor Ort hieß es dann „Hotel Yors“, was aber leider Google Maps u.a. Webseiten nicht bekannt gegeben wurde. Der Name ist brandneu, alles andere gibt jedoch den Eindruck, als sei die Vokabel „neu“ zuletzt um 1960 herum adĂ€quat gewesen. Mein Eindruck: Ein biederes, stickiges, gewissermaßen kleinbĂŒrgerliches Haus. So mĂŒssen Jugendherbergen in der DDR ausgesehen haben, dachte ich mir beim Anblick der Möbel. Die wenigen Steckdosen im Zimmer werden durch weite Laufwege auf den GĂ€ngen mehr als ausgeglichen. Es gibt keine Minibar, dafĂŒr aber einen Mini-Fernseher. Das Taschentuchfach im Bad besticht durch gĂ€hnende Leere. NĂ€chtlicher Kneipensound aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung lĂ€sst einen bereuen, dass man Frischluft mag. Doch immerhin, fĂŒr moderne Kunst ist gesorgt: Im Bilderrahmen meines Zimmer (hier: 422) ist ein Silberfisch verendet und nun fĂŒr alle Ewigkeit konserviert. Schon beim Check-in mĂŒssen „zusĂ€tzliche Daten“ (die ich angeblich bei der Buchung „vergessen“ habe) umstĂ€ndlich ĂŒber einen Drehbildschirm eingetippt werden. Es wĂŒrde zweifellos wesentlich schneller gehen, wĂŒrde das Personal, dass diesen komplizierten Schritt schließlich jedes Mal erlĂ€utern muss, die Angaben selbst eingeben; so aber wird schon der erste Vorgang in diesem Haus zur zĂ€hen Geduldsprobe. Es passt gut ins Bild, dass der Raum nirgendwo ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild aufwies, sodass am nĂ€chsten Morgen die Reinigungskraft fröhlich hereinspaziert kam. Zum KopfschĂŒtteln.
