Very clean smart modern hotel. Good breakfast bar. Staff very friendly. Could do with a lift though as my knee was hurting and I struggle with stairs.

Nice hotel in a super cozy town

Nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. We've stayed here twice and will come back next time we are on the road. If you stay here during the summer please bring a small fan, as there is no aircon and the rooms get rather hot. The town is super charming and you can enjoy a nice meal on the square of the old town hall.

Freezing cold

The room was terribly cold at arrival. It was hardly even possible to heat it up during the night. Check in was slow and they could not find my reservation until I insisted that it was made. Apart from that clean and OK.

Hotel is about 10 minute walk to old city, across street from train station. Parking lot was small but seemed to be sufficient. Appeared to be issue with wifi speed on second floor, was very slow, virtually not usable. Appears the rooms are recently renovated. Shower is small, might be issue for larger people. Breakfast was okay, but not as good as other hotels in Germany. Room was slightly larger than typical rooms in Germany. Cost was fair for one night with breakfast. Was able to leave car after checkout to explore city.

The worst stay ever. We got a room in the basement that wa so cold and damp, very dirty and there were stains on the bed sheets and the towels. I would NEVER stay there again.

Leider totales Chaos. Zuerst musste ich warten, weil das Zimmer nicht fertig war, dann war gar keins verfügbar. Transfer zum "Schwesterhotel", was qualitativ schlechter war. Es kam mir alles nicht so gut organisiert vor. Zum Übernachten ausreichend.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, sehr laut durch Straßenlärm, defekter Vorhang für die Verdunkelung, defekte Duschenhalterung, laut lärmender Ventilator im Bad, keine eigene Bettdecke - völlig ungewohnt. Nur 1 Zahnbecher, Frühstücksangebot sehr eingeschränkt- Wurst schmeckte nicht. Nächtlicher Lärm durch den arabisch-muslimisch bewohnten Teil des Hotels, Kindergeschrei. Zugang zum Hotel völlig offen, Reception selten besetzt - Dieses Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Ich habe das Doppelzimmer Deluxe gebucht und entsprechende Service und Ausrichtung erwartet. Es gab tatsächlich: keine Gläser, Kosmetiktücher, Toilettenartikel, gelblich-graue Handtücher, falsch angeschlossene Wasserleitungen in der Duschkabine, Wasserhahn im Waschbecken locker, bei Spülung im WC fließt heißes Wasser, keine Hacken zum Aufhängen im Bad, kein Nachtlicht (nur oben auf der Decke), kein Aufzug, nicht funktionierende Zimmerkarte (zwei Mal vom 3. Stock nach unten zur Rezeption und wieder zurück gelaufen um Probleme zu melden, keine Entschuldigung). Mein Mann und ich, wir waren fix und fertig und trotz inklusivem und bezahltem Frühstück haben wir darauf verzichtet und sofort nach dem Aufstehen weg aus diesem (VIP Access???) Hotel.

Die Beurteilung von Jan aus 06/2025 können wir nicht vollumfänglich teilen. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und in Ordnung. Es sollte ja auch nicht 4 oder 5 Sterne haben, wir haben planmäßig eine Nacht dort verbracht und alles war ok/in Ordnung. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal die das Frühstück aufbaut trägt Einmalhandschuhe, damit baut Sie das Frühstück auf, nimmt dann mit den selben Handschuhe den Wischmop und wischt durch den Frühstücksraum, während die Gaste am Frühstücken sind. Beim abräumen am Nebentisch nimmt das Personal die benutzte Serviette des Gastes und wischt damit den Boden, immer noch mit den selben Handschuhen. Säfte im Kühlschrank im TetraPack die jeder Gast anfassen muss. Von Hygiene hat dort niemand je was gehört. Wurst undefinierbar und zu wenig, Rührei Fehlanzeige. Frühstücksraum zu klein. Wasserleitungen sind falsch angeschlossen, im einem Zimmer wird das WC mit heißem Wasser gespült, im anderen Zimmer ist kalt und warm seitenverkehrt angeschlossen. Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer heizen sich stark auf.Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Lüfter im Bad laut wie eine Schlagbohrmaschine. Kein Aufzug. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich nur Bargeld. Handtücher sind verdreckt und voll Flecken (Make-up) vom vorherigen Gast. Keine Seife im Zimmer. Spiegel im Bad zu klein. Keine Haken um die Handtücher aufzuhängen im Bad. Das WC im Eingangsbereich (Frühstücksraum) kann nicht abgeschlossen werden und auch kein Klopapier vorhanden. Sie wollen auf Hotel machen, können es aber nicht. NIE WIEDER
