Excellent the location, 10 mins walk from the west lake. And room is very comfortable and clean. We were really enjoined the time in hangzhou. It was nice experience stay in this hotel.

Best things are airport shuttle stops in front of hotel. interesting night market just behind hotel. worse things are noise from street. non English speaker at front desk. soso buffet breakfast. facilities are nice. I recommend single Business traveller.

Nice Chinese Hotel. Renovated few years back but getting old. Rooms are small. 5 minutes walk to Lake. Breakfast does not appeal. Above average than 3 star....say 4star.
