「This place is in an isolated area but a good stop over on nc 500 for day trips to summer isles and the Drumbeg loop. The hotel is old and lacks lighting. Very dark but clean. Room was good. Comfortable bed. If you cannot carry big suitcases upstairs ask for room on flat as it was difficult. Parking just across the road Rarely saw anyone in the hotel only at breakfast and dinner time. You need to order dinner well in advance as no were around to eat. Good home cooked breakfast and dinner....

「Lovely, spacious rooms and delightful staff. Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! 」

「Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away.」

「Remote location with a beautiful beach and good hiking options right from the hostel The beds could be more comfortable, and there are no bathrooms in the rooms. For some the bathrooms and showersmean a walk outside. Cooking facilities are good and the staff are very helpful and friendly」
