The mattress provided was too soft and bed sags. The bed was like a type of extra bed with possibility of placing luggage underneath. Bed provided should give guests good support and give a good night’s rest. The pillow was good and gives good neck support.

スタッフの皆さんは親切で、分かりやすい案内でした。 ゲームの貸し出しがあったり、ドリンクサービスのエリアの椅子やソファが快適で、部屋以外でもくつろげました。お布団も部屋も清潔で良かったです。 夕食時にワインがレストラン内のドリンクコーナーになく、別フロアのドリンクコーナーに取りに行けば飲めます、と案内がありました。ワインは食事のフロアにあって欲しかったです。

It’s a bit farther from the Morioka JR station, so I would recommend taking the bus to get there. However, this chain is very nice as usual. Friendly staff, a nice onsen, and a clean room. I generally recommend this chain.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful but it is the most bizarre hotel I've ever stayed at. From the decor to the bird noises inside the hotel I was a bit confused. Loved the spa bath though. I'll probably go back because it's so weird. My kind of place.
