"I’ll never book with Vacasa again! Bummer because the house is in a great location, and layout worked great for our 2 families, totaling 8. The house wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Crumbs on the coffee table, leading to ants through out! Debri on couches, on top of them feeling musty! So we literally got in, and had to find a vacuum to clean. Not a great start! The two twins were made into a king, we had to seperate them ourselves and scrounge for sheets. When Vacasa finally responded they tried to tell me it’s supposed to be a King. I then showed them the listing literally picturing two twins…Bikes are not taken care of. Flat tires when we got there, so unusable. 2 boogie boards. One had a rip so just collected water and air. Broken wagon handle. Chairs are crusty, like the handles and buckles would just rip when you tried to move them. Place just isn’t looked after thoroughly. For the price you think they’d be able to replace some basic amenities! It would have made a huge difference if there was a host readily available for these things. But the communication just isn’t there with this management company. Oh! Also the cleaning team arrived 15 mins before our check out time. Pulled all the way into the (already small) driveway! Just sat in their car and watched us load up. Awkward. Then another cleaning person pulled into the driveway as we are trying to pull out onto the busy hwy (still before check out time) just unnecessary chaos. It was weird."
