This spacious home is perfect for multiple families traveling together. There are two levels within the house joined by a central hall and stairway. The fully equipped kitchen and primary living area are located on the upper level. You will find everything you need to prepare a feast fit for a king, including a gas grill, to prepare a tropical feast. An expansive kitchen island, with seating for 3, provides the perfect space to prepare and share the day’s meals. There are also two dining areas, one indoor & one out, to create the perfect outdoor setting for a family dinner or a romantic dining experience for 2.

The mountainside and ocean-side suites are located on the upper level with air-conditioning. Both suites are generous with king-sized beds & their own dedicated bathrooms suites. The mountain-side suite boasts a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Amazing views of mountain fed waterfalls are seen through the sliding doors adjacent to the bed. The ocean-side suite has an incredible walk-in rain shower with two heads. This spacious suite also offers an exterior seating area on a private lanai with plenty of room to escape for a cup of coffee or to read or book away from the bustle of the rest of the home along with a sauna & jacuzzi.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms & a separate living room area with a foosball and game. The mountainside bedroom has two twin beds, offering a surfer theme. Our lanai-side Queen bedroom is quiet, with access to a lanai that leads to our open grassy lawn and hot tub. The third oceanside bedroom with a Queen, boasts an amazing cross breeze with two sets of sliding glass doors for great ventilation. The downstairs living space is established as a second living room, with a large Smart TV & seating area. There is also a wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge and icemaker, as well as a foos-ball table for a post-beach competition.

Enjoy a relaxing time in the hot tub and let all the worries soak away! Afterward, unwind in the soothing warmth of the sauna. The house is also equipped with an outdoor hot water shower for your convenience when returning from the beach.  There are many great spaces to lie & rest in the shade, under a palm tree. If there are complaints regarding noise, you will be contacted immediately and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. After the second complaint, the security deposit will be forfeited and immediately evicted.
